I may be able to get it in MP4, but what are the settings for playback on the K series, as I have only ever encoded for P series.

Hey Mate,

I tried downloading those files, but none of them are working for me. They are downloading as rar files with 3PG written on them, shouldn't that be 3GP? Anyway, If you could assist me to get them running that would be great!

They work fine.

Simply download them, right click on them, and unzip them.

.rar is simply a winrar file, like a winzip file. It just needs to be uncompressed.
