SE will not implement this, not in a current firmware anyway, they don't make these types of changes to firmware.
This is a feature reserved usually for smart phones. Your basic handset is not for carrying data with an aim to make it secure.

dunno if it helps, but found a file encrypter, unfortunately not for directories.
