If you are from Sweden and if you have a SE W810i: What is the firmware-version of your phone?
The firmware-version of my phone is R4CE012.

Mine are R4DB005. I've updated via SEUS.

EDIT 2006-07-31:
I have now successfully upgraded the firmware-version in my SE W810i via SEUS from R4CE012 to R4DB005.

I have tried a few times now to use the over air update service with my phone but it just will not work. I only receive the message "Uppdateringen av programvaran misslyckades. Status skickad till servern." (Which means something like "Update failed. Status sent to server.")
Do anyone know what is wrong? Are the chances better with the update software for Windows?
I am in Sweden. My old software is R4CE012. Network Tele2Comviq.

I had (and probably still have) exactly the same problem. However, the update via SEUS and the Windows application fixed the problem.
I have recently and successfully upgraded from R4CE012 to R4DB005.

now my phone will not update the firmware through SEUS or FOTA, so... why is it saying R4DB005 in customization, when the firmware on it is obviously R4CK003, is that even possible? (it must be)
Oh yeah, best part is I think flash lite is disabled since my themes don't seem to change the menu icons, and i know AMR is disabled.
Bought a wotanserver log account about a half hour ago, still waitin for the login!!

I just bought the w810i from Telia (using Telia) and I just love it. I have R4CE012 and wonder what the difference is if I upgrade to R4DB005?
Question: Have anyone noticed that the siglan goes up and down lot? Maybe it is just my appartment. Or meybe som bug in the firmware I have? I have noticed that the phone is sensitive, it shows every little change in signal.

I saw a list somewhere about some minor cosmetic changes like a few changed icons etc. The main difference i have noticed after one days use is that when browsing video files you actually see a snapshot of the video file instead of just the file name (which is usually something usefulo like MOV00003).
I am sure there is a lot more to it, like technical changes that might not be visible to the end user. I guess there is two opinions out there, either "If it is not broken, dont fix it" or the "The last software is alwasy the best."
