Hi. all. WHT UP? WANA TRY A NEW SETTING FOR BSNL? IT WORKS ON MOST PHONE SUPPORTS ATL TRICK.
STEPS ARE:-
1> GET CELLONE PORTAL ACTIVATED.
2> GET PORTAL SETTING ON UR MOBILE.
3> SET THIS SETTING AS YOUR DEFAULT SETTING OF UR MOBILE.
4> FRM THIS SETTING EXTRACT UR APN NUMBER & ALSO PROXY IP ADDRESS AND PROXY PORT.
HELP---> FOR EAST ZONE PREPAID CUSTOMER IT IS
APN IS:> celloneportal
ip: 192.168.081.163 port 8080
5> IN UR PC MOBILE MODEM OPTION CHANGE UR APN.
6> GO TO INTERNET EXPLORER>TOOLS>INTERNET OPTIONS>CONNECTION>SETTING> CHANGE IP ADDRESS AND PORT AND CHECK ON (USE A PROXY SERVER) & CHECK OFF ALL OTHER SETTING.
for all other browser as u know the best about proxy setting.
7> CONNECT INTERNET FRM UR PC THROUGH MOBILE.
8> AFTER GETTING AUTHICATED MESSAGE CONNECT UR MOBILE TO CELLONE PORTAL. WHEN IT CONNECTED(ie: home page of celloneportal appears or error message 503 forbidden appears:::::::: when home page appears it get a better connection) START SURFING THROUGH UR INTERNET EXPLORER OR OTHER BROWSER.
9> DRAW BACKS.
(i)CANN'T CHAT THROUGH YAHOO MESSENGER, REDIFF BOL(but can use orkut).
(ii) HAVE MAXIMUM DOWN LOAD SPEED OF 5-7 KBPS.(u can calculate the speed)
(iii) U CANNOT UPLOAD ANY SITE THROUGH FTP PROTOCOL.( upload a site or etc.)
Thats all.
I want ur result. Think its works fine. on all ur mobile.... see u after 2 days.

bro do some research be4 posting.. I've already posted it much be4. But bro.. Am gettin excellent speeds.. Like 200kbps.. Well its good that this is working for you ton.. So why not discuss this in the thread which is based of those steps.. Both of us can guide the others if they are suck.. What say?

Bro.. Chatting is something which can never be done with complete ease unless we are behind a proxy server.. This is because the messages are conveyed to the proxy server first then to yahoo.. Instead of sending them straight to yahoo.. So the messages aren't delivered in real time.. Moreover there is vast fluctuations in speeds because of network congestion. So chatting only on mobile rocks but it isn't much of good on pc.
Btw why don't we continue our discussion on the thread thats dedicated to the use of this trick by those methods... As this isn't the right place to discuss because this thread deals with the usage in an entirely different way.

if it is realy good than i may swith to bsnl as speed on airtel gprs is falling day by day.

see this trick is not working yet now for west region so forget using it from mumbai try something else me too doing so
