@dreamfish

With you there mate, I hate the way they lie and then don't give a toss because it's all gone through and you're tied up like a kipper!

I preordered on on o2 as a new customer last week. I don't mind waiting for stuff like this if the lead-times are realistic. When i ordered they said 7-14 days so as long as it's not later than next week then I'm happy. It's not like my current phone doesn't work.

The thing that gets me is how they take your money when you order instead of when they send the goods out. Proper cheeky.

@ Brandy.

You won't get order statas showing on yours, if it's a brand new contract, untill they have assigned you a phone number, ie when the K800 is in the post to you.

I'm not a new customer, been with them a year.

@brady, Are you sure you ordered one? I'm not been funny, but you sure who ever you spoke to at O2 actualy put the order on? Have you had confirmation in any way? I would call them and check, as if this is an upgrade order you should be able to view it's details online.

@brady

if you have been with them a year already you should definately have the oder status part. my order status even shows my very first order when i ordered the k700 when i first joined o2 over 2 years ago!

beginning to get funny my saga now,
i wont re-post the last one as it was massive.
Rang parceline to check the status of my order and they have no record of anyone at my address due to receive a parcel today
Rang o2 fairly annoyed and they said , once more, the k800i is definately ordered , definately left and will be delivered today between 9 and 5.
Two hours 15 mins to go , who wants to take bets on whether i get anything.
This will build up to a huge complaint if its not here
i love complaining

When i rang up this morning to order the lady put my order through but then afterwards said that the 3G sims are out of stock, but now my whole order has gone to Deprovisioning Failed. so dunno if that was just her cover for there being no phones in or whether there are no 3G Sims. So im not holding out for anything to arrive soon.
