My order was not cancelled but was not processed properly as the 'bug' on the site also affected the order data as well - so my order will now be processed 'manually'. So you may have been told it was cancelled but that probably means it was not processed by their systems as the faulty order data would not allow this.

Ok I have had confirmed by voda that my 1000 texts are only that ie they cannot be used for data or MMS messages. Both those are at an additional cost.
If you got your contract post 1st Sept then you will be the same.

On the exclusivity being longer, I think it is true, as O2 are now saying 16 October, having been delayed from 11 Sept to 25 Sept to 2 Oct. The reasons are all sorts, from waiting for firmware to SE have not released the phone to O2 to we are testing it to make sure it 100% A-OK as we do a lot more testing than the other networks.

O2 always delay things. I experienced 4.5 months delay with my first phone with them. Then nothing but poor service after that. Left them now as sick of the bad attitudes.
