At a risk of getting a virtual kicking off those in the know. Whats the advantages of doing this to be able to debrand via SEUS.

I've got a w950i on o2 and I don't see any branding from them. What would the differences be??

if your w950 is from o2, there will almost certainly be no obvious branding,however you should be missing the rss feeds app, not a problem if you dont use rss feeds!, debranding will allow you to update to newer firmware as soon as its available, which in itself is worth the 4quid charge.

Hi all, I did all what is said in the first post, the CDA change went oOK, I did a master reset and then updated via SEUS, but it didn't started it gives me a black screen (black ON screen) and never starts.

Any idea of how can I make it work?

It worked! thanks a lot. I thought of doing it but wasn't sure if would carry more problems, now is working OK.

By the way the in two P990 phones that I changed CDA, the second CDA and organizer number disappeared after the master reset.
