The SIMFREE bit is only buying handset on it's own... Not on Contract/Upgrade or Pre Pay... (This is what I was told)
I went into the O2 shop an all to get a Micro Sim and the sales person said we don't have any... and I said how about the iPad one he said can't give those ones... Then I asked re SIM Only Contracts he goes got no idea yet... They chat so much BULL sometimes... It crazy...

Damn! Wish I ordered mine on time it's now July 14th for pre orders. By then I'll be able to buy the white one but I want the black one. Anyone know whether apple stores are going to have separate stock for people that haven't pre ordered?

I've got 2 pre orders for june 24 that i wont use.
I don't know if we can trick apple into releasing the phones to someone else than me, but if we can, i'm sure we can come to some sort of agreement.

on Tuesday you had the choice on the Apple web site of preorder for delivery, or preorder for collection. The pre order for collection ended a day or so later.

If I wanted to buy an unlocked iPhone 4 on UK, could I buy it on an apple store? Or a carrier shop? Do you need to have an UK social security number to buy an iPhone 4 from these stores?

@sloop no just go in the apple shop and buy an unlocked one no I'd required lol.
And everyday the fact I pre ordered seems like an even better idea lol. I wouldn't normally pre order an pay up front but it's worked a treat this time round. I shall b laying in bed on Thursday waiting for delivery lol, no queuing up at all hours!
