Hello there! My name is Humood and I'm new on Esato forum. I have Sony Ericsson K750i and I have many questions about this phone.

Q.1- Can any one tell me if there is any way to lock the keypad and open it by password.

Q.2- I want to download a game called 'Sky Force', to my phone..any hint??

Is there another button aside the camera button on the side to take picture? Because my camera button is broken and SE don't have the spareparts here yet and it's been 2 months or more i think

does anyone know if there is, the button is working on mine but it would be handy to use a button on the keypad like the joystick on my old t630

unfortunantly there is no way to take photo oter than with the shutter button. It's a bit of an oversight by SE, a keypad combination for taking photo would be useful in certain cases.

ok, i just found this out, i just test 2 mspd on k750i, i played mp3 on 32mb mspd and after 2 hours the battery is 93% while on playing mp3 on 2gb mspd after 2 hours the battery is only 76%. so i think of your an mp3 buff, getting 2gb mspd will drain your battery faster.

right now, after 8 hours of playing mp3 in the 2gb, i still have 13% battery, so i think it will reach around 10 hours before draining out the battery

---------------------------------

I m new to this forum and not sure if this is the right way to reply....

I noticed the same in my K750i. I was using the supplied 64MB MSPD all these days and never noticed big battery usage. Recently, I started using an 1GB MSPD. Battery usage has drastically increased. 10% battery usage (approx) for 1 hour of MP3. Battery usage was not this high when I used 64MB MSPD for 1 hour of music.

I even checked if the battery lost it's life. However, the same battery acts like a demon when I dont listen to MP3. So definitely its not the battery. Any updates on this will be helpful.

The K750i still rocks!!!

The weakness of this phone is the headset. Does not last more than 2 months. Right side speaker stops working. Already tried two and now using the one supplied with W800i. Seems to be better. Weakness of all SE phones I think is the joystick.... I am not sure you guys have noticed this.

It's actually any number + #. If you press 5 and then # it'll take you to the 5th number on SIM card. If you press 0 and # it ought to take you to the phone's contact list.

please noted: if you press 0 & #, it ought to take you to the call list intead of contact list...

Perhaps this is never been discussed anywhere before:

Shortcuts in Calendar View (month or week views)

You can press these buttons to slide to next & previous week / month / year:

# 1: go to previous week
# 3: go to next week
# 4: go to previous month
# 6: go to next month
# 7: go to previous year
# 9: go to next year

dunno if this had been posted before..

in photodj..when using any tool, you can change the color of the current tool you're using (text, rectangle, pen, etc.) using the volume buttons. this is pretty useful when you want to select a color before applying the tool to the picture.

when viewing pictures in horizontal mode
1 - zooms out
3 - zooms in

when taking pictures while phone is in horizontal position
joystick up - camera mode
joystick down - video mode
left right - brightness

@ johny_dmonic:

Nice trick, my friend.

IMO, it is not zooming the viewed image but it is scaling the picture (enlarge / shrink). When you back from the Horizontal mode, the phone will ask whether you want to save the scaled image or not.
