what does this mean then?
I don't create themes and don't know much about those but is the assumption here then that the non original themes are poorly designed? or is it that the phone is not handling themes correctly?

Its more likely the theme author isnt setting the cursor colour from default to a colour that'll work with the theme.

these functions were fully operational in the previous firmware (R1A044)...
Also, it seems the sound of the radio is louder now on low volume, and it's VERY annoying because when you listen to the radio with the lowest volume, it's already too loud!

When I choose "Contact look-up" after finnishing writing an e-mail, I get one "No name" and ten contacts with the same name!!!
Also, try this: In the window with "No name", select one of them and choose "more" and you'll get the option to make a "Video call"!!!
This is all very wierd!!! Someone please confirm!!!

On the alarm, the digit you're changing flashes. It changes flash colour depending on the theme.
When writing a SMS, the cursor in the symbols menu is still easily seen.
Ive tried it with the default themes, and with some made by gseth.
I think its just a case of the theme author not changing the default colour in some themes, so when they flash, for example in a black theme the black cursor cannot be seen.
Btw Masseur, i hated the Beam theme.

This was fine b4 the update yeah!
Ericsson now seem to need to release a fix to fix the fix... lol

I dont get this, mine is fine. Mine is R1J002 and EU_1 UK unbranded.
I have noticed though since i updated my shortcuts reset when i switch the phone off. Hopefully they'll still save after a while like they did on R1A.
@ n3x - im going to stick my neck on the line and say its likely the theme authors fault not changing the colour in the theme, because of the third party themes i have they're all fine.
Have you got a theme i can test which on your phone has this problem ?

Ok, so you confirm I'm right about this - good! "etaab" on the other hand declines the problem... wierd! Someone else that can reproduce it?
etaab, do you have any contacts with e-mail addresses entered? If not, maybe that's why you don't get the messed up thing we are talking about.
