@Sarmad, in your 4.81 Spot edition, when I set picture quality to normal (turn off the SPOT), it's the same photos quality or it's lower than FINE mode?

@SPU what do you mean "autofocus too long way" ?
Maybe your driver has autofocus as default, but you don't have zoom then =))
And i'm still trying to convince krio to put EM only when macro is on in fine PQ.. sometimes takes too long to switch picture quality.
But i still don't understand why u have macro focus as default focus :/ on 1.2/1.3b1
waiting for krio's 21.91 or 22

I'd say the first one is better, because the flowers closest to the camera are sharper in that photo.

I mean manual focus is too long way.

Maybe your driver has autofocus as default, but you don't have zoom then =))

You have two ways to get zoom in foto mode:
1. enter the supermode and adjust zoom here
2. switch to video mode, adjust zoom and switch back to foto mode.
It's useless function for me... only useful when using manual focus, but there is a special mode on Macro button to get 4x zoom.

But i still don't understand why u have macro focus as default focus :/ on 1.2/1.3b1

It's NOT a macro focus, it's a full range focus. You can use it for any purposes, but if it fails on macro you can switch to the real macro focus and get what you want.

thats manual focus is for

in fact, i have macro enabled all the time, if i want normal picture i set 1.1 infinity and if i want macro i just make macro (and in situaction you described i use manual focus)

Manual focus is great, but on sunny days it`s impossible to see details on the screen, so in this case it`s useless.

It would be great to have choice between "true macro autofocus", and manual focus. Overall it`s really quick to turn macro OFF for non macro shots.
