I say we should all mail or call them tomorrow and complain and refer them to this thread!! Why the hell do they put on their website that a new firmware will be available in january and also later on tell us thet i will arrive in week 6!? They could easily just say: "We are working on it but we can't say when the new firmware will be released". Are they desperate to keep us as customers so they shoot from the hip and chance that the new firmy will be ready in time. Or are they having big problems with the re-writing of the code? Or don't they give a crap? Either way, they really have treated us pretty lousy!

Unless you boycott them, the message won't get through to them. I've already gotten rid of my K850i. Just isn't worth the money considering the other options out there.

NO The phone isn't running as it sholuld be and even SE Knows that, They always realease new FW for all others SE models that I had K750i, K800i, even to solve minors bugs... Don't makes sense becouse they are realesing new phones they wont work on the k850i... They will release for SURE but we only don't know when...
Go do other think instead of talking bull***.

Intersting. It seemns that i'm the only one who have a green K850i. Funny becouse the K850i green should be the standart color. Even in youtube or on the net we don't see a lot of green K850i. Maybe they aren't selling any more the green one?

Well sure but what if people start returning their K850 to SE and claim a refund due to the fact that the phone actually doesn't do the things specified on their website? That should wake them up!
