I have been experiencing massive battery drain of late. The update for 4.2 has still not been released in India

Battery drain is because of certain apps like apps lock etc. Give us the screenshot of all the apps you got and may be we could identify the app that drains the battery

You can install something like BetterBatteryStats or WakelockDetector and try to determine that way what is draining your battery.

I have removed all stuff what I don't need. Some apps you can only deactivate and some you can't do anything.
There is too much waste still. I wanna see only the running apps what the phone need... My Z always run apps between 500-800MB used memory. Have deactivated over 40 shit apps and removed apps what was possible...
My battery hold 2-3days with 1h call, display on between 4-5h. It's a good result, but I know w/o this stupid apps it can be even better... What I have noticed is that this "Google Services" eat a lot of battery!!! I don't know what it is, but sometimes it's on same level like display.

This is normaly inpossible. Display is always on first place, how can be other app sometimes first in battery using...

Why don't you root to remove more apps? As far as I'm aware all the current FW are rootable, including 4.2.2 FWs.
I would guess Google Services are for things like account management and possibly backup to Google for apps and data, which in turn I'd say is symptomatic of a fresh install, lots of changes or even a broken sync somewhere that is on a retry loop. This should settle down after a period of stability and/or maybe a restart.

I can root, but I don't want. It's too early...
This "Google Services" runs sometimes only 10 seconds but it eats battery like 1h display on!!! That make me sick...
I have no auto-synch something, everything is off. I only use Playstore sometimes, nothing more.

Vodafone NZ has the new firmware, I just updated. Overall the screen looks better (and it seems like its larger due to the new transparent bits that used to be black) and the phone seems slightly snappier while in use. However it does seem a little slow to wake at times which could become annoying. Mostly I am liking the little changes they have made.

Has anyone else noticed that after the 4.2 update the wireless headset pro no longer connects to the phone via music? It connects to the phone but doesn't allow music to be played through the headset? Bit annoying... Can't wait for the sbh52 though... Can't come soon enough...
