Whatever promo mtel runs now, its going to take a lot of resources to win public favour and confidence. They have had such an unrepentant penchant for talking the talk, but not walking their talk.
If I run Mtel, I'd make full GPRS totally free (subject to the subscriber having some credit on their line). I mean totally free.
Can you imagine how many people like you and I who would pick up an Mtel line immediately?

@AYA,true talk.Mtel really deserve a total overhaul of its management.They need ppl who can read,understand & respond quickly to d mkt.Their subscriber base has been stagnating at about 1m 4 over a year.

Its back now, and i hope it stays that way, when MTN starts billing, i think i will prefer glo's, its faster and steadier.
