Thanks to SMARTNET for upgrading my T610 to R3C.
As usual, very fast service. Thanks to Carlos for the usual friendly customer service.
some other minor changes I noticed from R1L to R3C
1. the phone beeps (like when you're turning the phone OFF) when switching the phone ON
2. 'My Words' are erased after upgrading to R3C
3. The feature that puts more used words in 'Candidates' on the top of the list was also reset.
indeed the pictures are smaller (ave 15k) and clearer!

I just got a T610 but I am not happy with the battery life. My old 7250 can do three days. I only average around two days batterly life using a little less than an hour of talktime with 20 texts a day. My phone has R1L software. Is this normal? Should I upgrade software?
Is it better to turn off phone when charging?

we suggest you turn the cell off when charging then observe the battery life. regarding upgrading the sw you will appreciate the improved features more as mentioned in this thread. is your cell under warranty?

They said that you will think that it hanged but actually it just initializes...for R3C users, is this true?
How about the R3C in Smartnet? And if not, are you still open around 6 pm?
