It'll have more space for the DRAM of course, but it all depends on what Sony decides to do. They could double it up, or add even more DRAM for longer super slow mo. No way to tell until they reveal it.

My biggest priority is
4K@60 fps HDR video recording. It would be a cool feature for Sony to support since others OEMs so far haven't offered it even though S845 supports it.
