Gov...I'd suggest Sony DRU-810A 16x dual layer DVD writer for Rs 3800/. only and i ball 5 button iLM2531 laser mouse more precise than ne optical mouse for Rs 800/. only

@has33, isnt it a bit too much for a mouse? The present one is working fine just that the balls are rusty! I would take a suggestion on the keyborad though. Are wireless ones good?i would like a suggestion.

They dont carry APC...
they only have Epsilon... (2100) which was my old UPS.... and i know this guy too much.. so i am going to buy a FDD and a mouse.... 350 and 450 respectievely...
or is it better to buy a MS keyboard + mouse for 950? rather than logitech for 450?

LOL. I work for the Microsoft Process but am on the Payroll of Convergys. Its this wonderful thing of BPO's, you are working for two companies simultaneously.
Anyways, not with the intention to boast at all, at Convergys, Pune we have a Table Tennis and Pool table along with a carrom board in the canteen. Also another room with half a dozen bean bags, world space radio, play station 2 and another half a dozen PC's running popular games. Not to mention the counter strike and NFS LAN champtionships we have on our office production PC's (shhhh...). Spoilt for choice! Combine that with 24/7 free (read subsidised at Rs.1 per day) food, people can't help but stroll in on their weekly offs just to enjoy a comlpete day of the above facilities.
Employee satisfaction? You betcha!!

Gov...that mouse is not expensive at all if U r a bigtime gamer like me
it was rated as good as Logitech MX1000 which costs 5.5K.
Abt the keyboard...no knowledge as m just a laptop user & neva had a comp be4.

these small bloody keyboards i am using now, Shitty, i press 2 keys at a time, and the fooking back space is the size of your little finger nail...

@gov i got my apc from delta, best thing about it is it goes into hibernate mode on its own and is software controlled.
