Doctors.. please tell me if Gangrene has any other way than amputation/ operation ... without looking at reports case.. any broad points to look for or ways to solve .. grandmother is 98 and already gone through much agony past few months its in one of the legs

@sail,Gangrene occurs when blood supply to a part of the body(mostly distal parts like fingers, toes, foot etc) is cut off and that particular part becomes dead tissue.bacteria acts on it and causes further damage.the dead tissue become green in color and may proceed to black and if not removed.it may spread and may get worse.
common causes are diabetes, infection, trauma, arterial and vein diseases etc.
there is no other treatment than amputation.

since we r talking about gangrene and related issues, let me add about TAO(transangitis obliterans),its seen in chain smokers(age20-40)...causes gangrene(ischemia) in legs.and if leg is not amputated, causes extreme pain 24 hrs..even during sleep(patients offen commit suicide due to the pain)SO SMOKERS,PLEASE QUIT SMOKING.

Hi Haaris.. it was just some article on Tomshardware.com dated March 3.. comparing laptop hard disk drives of up to 160GB

And am unsure, though I am now having two MSN email accounts of WL (2GB) but the look hasnt changed in my case atleast.

Imagine, I got the new @msn.com (some *wink* *wink* R&D) and all within one week got the invite fwded from them direct.. (actually had another old @msn id when they were free, so tried some tricks)

@Sanj.. dont count on it.. a certain Mr Rubens Barrichello has eaten humble pie long & may come out strong...
Also the Cosworth supplied engine of Williams seems to have clocked 20000 rpm...

I think guessing is all we can do for now.. I would love to see the new qualifying format and that maverik Takuma Sato... love his fool hardy adventures.. He is with Aguri right ??
