I just had the impression that amsterdam was where both were decriminalised, so i guess it all me holland then? Altho i know there's coffee shops in rotterdam ,well so i been told.

Dont drive (old, proper) minis in the wet unless you've got a rubber glove with the fingertips cut off over the distributer, cos if the distributer gets wet it cuts out and phut-phuts and you go about 3 miles an hour!
