Im so concerned of service centers since my 2nd optical drive thats screwed up,and i heard benq had good dvd burners (and one guy said it had 2 year warranty too) .
Well, i think i can buy one from somewhere else but service center is my main concern as of now!

Im not much into laptops,anyway as i know itll cost between 3k and 5k according to brand you choose.

What a fun call. A customer called in, saying that he wants a feature on a microsoft product. We realized that the feature is not supported on that Microsoft Product. Customer lost his cool saying he spent so so money buying the product from Dell. So I called Dell, also another Microsoft person on the phone with me. The Dell guy who took the call, couldn't do anything about the issue so he got his manager on the line. At this point, the manager at Dell is now trying to find the person who sold the product to the customer....LOL!!!!
