i posted POP3 settings for g-mail but here are the POP3 settings for 'other e-mail clients' (other than outlook, netscape,) according to yahoo's FAQ -
Incoming Mail (POP3) Server: pop.mail.yahoo.com
Outgoing Mail (SMTP) Server: smtp.mail.yahoo.com (use authentication)
Account Name/Login Name: your Yahoo! Mail ID (your email address without the "@yahoo.com")
Email Address: your Yahoo! Mail address (e.g.,
user@yahoo.com)
Password: your Yahoo! Mail password

Well... yahoo's pop3 service can only be used with yahoo's premium e-mail service (paid not the free e-mail service) and there's no settings for mobile client and neither does it specify whether it will work with any mobile handset.
For outlook settings, it says to use port 25 or 587 for sending. I have no idea about receiving.
I dont think Yahoo's POP3 would work with the k700
