But why have the announcement after CeBit and not before? One it won't make much sense, two it breaks history of the company since its inception.

follows the same pattern _every_ year...
That is the announcements are made the tuesday the week before Cebit.
(9 days b4 Cebit)
I don't see why
would change the tradition. ;]

I think it will be arround the same time as last year, because there weren't really big changes from the phones which were announced few weeks ago and the phones before. So i think the phones which are coming now have so many changes as the phones years ago. So they must be announced in the next 4 weeks.
