i must say i dont like the retail white. The yellow/orange screen border and walkman signs have ruined it. I liked the proto versions colouring better, think im going to have to get black.

From the pics I posted, you can see the Vodafone along the bottom edge of the handset. I didn't spot any further external branding.

The sound quality isn't too bad... W550 sounds a tiny bit fuller tho. Apart from that, this phone is very good... not brilliant, but very very good...

is it louder than w800i or w810i bt that dont matter 2 much i cud always just get some speakers

Same loudness as the W810, but I'm listening to it now and really don't think you will need speakers unless you love your music ear-bleedingly loud!
