Hi!
Yesterday I got my branded K850
I took a picture of my dinning room in total darkness, just for test the strenght of xenon flash; here is it (full res)

EXIF and firmware version in

BTW, I didn't use those presets in camera settings, I tweak it manually. I'm still learning...

have never understand the point with modded cam drivers.

i buy a camera (cell phone) with the thought that it will take good pictures like it is, (not because i have to put in some tweaked software just to get decent low light pictures).

(why dont use photo shop on top of that, then you get even better quality...he he)

If the original driver isn't good enough, then why not?

you don't understand because you never used phone with modded driver. besides you don't want to understand, you prefer to keep away from you simple fact that old and cheap phone can give better result than new phone. so, you're thinking: "damn! how it can be possible?" and frustration arises (you're using to much "ha ha" when you can't accept simple facts)

i buy a camera (cell phone) with the thought that it will take good pictures like it is (not because i have to put in some tweaked software...

did I bought K800 because of camera? I have nice camera in phone, I can modify my phone, I know how to modify it. why I have to accept fact that SE is selling me cameraphone with software which is not able to use max hardware capabilities? do I look like an idiot which will buy everything from SE?

... just to get decent low light pictures)

uhmm... decent? they are decent for you? low-light pics from K800 are decent for you?! I just can't believe! well, in some point you have right, K800 low-light pics are decent when you compare them with low-light C902 pics

(why dont use photo shop on top of that, then you get even better quality...he he)

even better quality in Photoshop? ok, then I have simple task for you. if you're so sure then show us...

from this:

to this:

ok, Plank I know that you cannot accept simple fact that modded K800 is better than C902 in low-light photography but you must finally swallow this bitter pill and finish this silly war. everybody can see of what things we are talking about...

my pictures vs. your words

Plank
one more thing...

for now you cannot mod camera in C902 but let's assume situation when DB3150 is cracked and modded camera driver for C902 exist. this driver improves overall quality of pictures. what will you do?

1. you will stay with original driver
2. you will mod your phone

please answer what will you do and why

i will never put inside some homemade tweaked software in my phone.

¤ first of all. i dont need it. (im happy with the quality)

¤ second. ive seen many modded pictures who looks crap, (weird colors & brightness, etc..not real at all)..its just some few low light pictures ive seen who looks cool...nothing more

¤ third (and most important). the very good 2-years warranty gets erase... yeh it really does, (especially if you have the unluck that the phone gets broken and you must send it in to a work shop, then you smoked)

lol... you're so stupid... Camdriver isn't software, that's only one little file.
Yea, camdrivers and special options are not for you, you only know to point'n'shot, camdriver is for smart people...

@plank

if sum1 wants to have a modded cam driver its their personal choice and you should respect that ... there is no point in bringing up your own personal interests against others

this is a thread for low light picture and discussion abt them .. rather thn discussing the need of a modded cam driver or original

create another thread for it if necessary

lets stay on topic plz
