Noticed Phones4u are selling these on 0range,
so looks like you can get them from Currys consessions lol if your local Branch has emerged

ok, so I took a pair of scissors to my o2 payg sim to create a micro sim and though its not pretty, it works. It was dead easy to do too.
I put the chopped sim into the holder that came with the official o2 micro sim the other day and then put it into my Desire and it all works great!

I ordered mine fairly early on Tuesday and having just checked, mine is not yet showing as shipped.
I wouldn't be worried as I'm sure we'll get them on Thursday as promised.

wonder what the stock will be like at local o2 shops. Probably wont be able to get to mine till just before 5 and during work in london i wont have to to queue.

mine is still showing as not shipped. UK deliveries tend not to show as shipped until the day before. I know with the original iPhone mine didnt update till the evening before.
As long as the delivery date states 24th June you will get it on the 24th June. Just be thankful that whats happened in the US with cancelled orders etc isnt happening here.

My micro sim arrived today and I went through the swapping process on o2, so it will be up and working later today in my 3GS.
A word of warning however......make sure when you go through the swap request process that you are at your PC that has your iTunes on. My number flipped within a minute and I'm at work, when I put my micro sim in the phone goes into 'Activation mode', now my phone won't work until I get home and connect to iTunes!
