All My Comparisons Have Logic And Above Ground, Unlike Yours !

Compare The 808 To 920 Is Quite Logical, As Both Are Nokia And Rely On Technology PureView !!!

Compare the 920 With Optimus G, Xperia T, Note II, Iphone 5, Ativ S, Galaxy S III Has All The Logic, Because Everyone Has 8 Megapixels (With The Exception Of The Sony And LG Devices) And Are Considered The Best In The Category Picture By Their Respective Manufacturers !

Logic... Consistency !

That's The Big Difference Between My Settings/Comparisons And YOURS !

Now Understand Or What I Want To Draw ???

P.S (1): Xperia J No Has Nothing to Do With Lumia 920 PureView LITE And So Please Shut Up Or Go Away YOU !!!

P.S (2): Without Further Ado Respect The Theme Of The Topic And Get Back To The Subject 920 PureView LITE !!!

I told you guys what the "problem" is...

1. Small sensor/small pixels = average quality/performance

2. Windows NT has never been used in mobile devices or anything camera oriented before, combined with the lack of understanding of it from Nokia. The closest windows NT came to operating a camera natively is a few front facing cameras on Laptops, and even then, most of them had drivers provided from the OEM of the laptop.

It took Nokia almost 10 years of research to get to 808 image quality levels, and it took apple 5 years to get to where the iphone 5 is.. so, it needs time. Imaging is a tricky thing when it comes to software. Just look at the android market, for 5 years now.. not even ONE proper camera phone, even that new Samsung android camera is crap... wonder why ?

Whatever Nokia does here, the best you can hope for is "on par" with iphone5/gs3 .. but it will take a while.

Now,.. the quality of the 920 pics is sufficient for .. 90% of the users out there anyway. We are a bunch of photo "geeks" here.. no where near an accurate sample of the user base

Shut up Guaralhos you know sod all about photography. What I was saying was that some images were blurred out of focus I wasn't saying anything about Pureview. The focus issue seems like there is a problem. Again, you didn't read my post. I'll say it in capital letters like you always do. I NEVER COMPARED THE XPERIA J TO THE NOKIA 920. I WAS STATING THAT BOTH PHONES ARE NEW PHONES AND THAT BOTH HAVE FOCUS ISSUES IN THE CAMERAS. Read the god damn post for god sake and your posts don't make any sense coz nobody can make head nor tail or them.

Someone from engadget said that when you use the onscreen software shutter key, the software doesn't allow enough time for the camera to focus.. sync issue. When you use the hardware key, its better because you can manually wait for the cam to focus.

That might be the reason for the discrepancy.

Bonovox, don't forget to edit your posts after a few hours, like you did last night, thus making it impossible for the mods to get a complete picture, because they're only able to read one half of it.

Well that would make sense. Despite what people say that the 920 is nothing 'special' I defo thought something must be wrong with photos being that blurry. Anyway here is Nokia 920 with the new Angry Birds Star Wars
