And besides, The tyres for my missus car were £190 for 2 (17" wheels ya see!)

My car has wierd tyres - there's only one make/model that fit, and I got quoted £118 per tyre fitted from a local place!! AARGH!
Need to be driving around very carefully for a while methinks.
