I think we can't attach video files so I put as link. A Formula 1 car, 2 meters near me:

Hi @carkitter! Did you use panorama mode for the Skytower shot?

Sure did! First time I've used Panorama, as you can see from the blurred joints in the pic. I'm quite impressed with the fact that the K700i is smart enough to join those photos together.
First fine day this week. Some parts of NZ recieved so much rain that the Govt announced a State of Emergency and sent in the Army to help clean up!

@carkitter: I'm pretty sure the link is working. Save the file and watch with quicktime player.

@carkitter -
Very practical use of the panorama mode there, bud -- for tall structures in portrait orientation. Btw, the joints aren't blurred badly. If you didn't mention it, I wouldn't have noticed.
My sis used to live in Wellington, now she's in Melbourne Aust. We are in bad need of rains here in the Philippines -- this is one of the hottest summers we've ever had and everything's parched

Do you have a good drainage system there in Auckland's residential areas?

Errrr. Still no joy.
When I click on the file, Adobe Acrobat 6.0 tries to open it - unsuccessfully.
I tried opening with Quicktime Picture Viewer but no go there either.
@chilli
Drainage is fine except in extremes.
Big problems such as widespread flooding and landslides happen in rural areas.

You should try to view it with quicktime movie player, not the picture viewer. Save link as file on your computer and open with quicktime movie player.
BTW, the tower picture is an excellent usage of panorama mode, it's very inspiring

@ JN, yes, i use my old T610 now as an alarm clock only.
@carkitter, thats a great panoramic shot, the only way to complain is about the colour differences. The top half is slightly darker than the bottom half of the picture.
Theres nothing you can do about it, even the K750i has that problem because of different lighting levels when you move the camera position.
@sunfury
Your video works fine for me, very loud F1 rumbling !
