Need your opinion regarding my t68i, dati kasi nag loko ang cell ko, yaw mag respond ang mga keys ng phone, tpos pag i-non mo ay bigla siyang mag loload ng phonebook tpos mag iistart mag scroll, minsan natitigil mo by pressing "NO" pero minsan talagang hindi gagana ang kahit na anong keys. Ngayon naman, for the past 3 days ay bumalik ulit ang sakit niya, ano kaya ang problema? Kailangan bang linisin ang phone o ang software niya ang may problema. Kung ipapaayos sa inyo, magkano ang charge at gaano katagal bago makuha.

it would be better for you to bring your cell to us for diagnosis and check up. otherwise have you done the master reset? the current sw version is r8a0015.Where did you purchase and upgrade the cell? out labor charge would depend on the job that will be done repair your cellphone. we hope you can drop by within the next few days.

I bought my unit from my co-officemate (second hand bale), it was used by his son for one year. The cell was upgrade by a co-forumer from BUYNCELL. The problem only occur once last month & this was repeated last friday.

I'll perform a master reset today & if ever the problem will still occur then I don't have any choice but to bring my phone to your office.

yes we can upgrade to t-mobile t610 for a fee. but we cannot erase or override the t-mobile custom menu and programs.
