NOP is now working gr8 and the speed is awesome even during peak hours. and it works on pc browsers with no tricks. only down thing is that now Airtel has put download file size limit to 1 mb. cant seem to bypass this even via download managers. but for me all sites and unlimited downloads work on live apn although its very slow.

i am not sure bout that but the proxy for nop and live are the same and belong to the same subnet. u can notice it via tracert. anyway, now nop has a new ip which is x.x.x.164

I meant the terminal proxy and not the gateway proxy (which u can see by browsing
www.formyip.com). Earlier for NOP, it used to be 203.145.131.150 or 203.145.131.148. Now its changed to 203.145.131.164. The gateway proxy(100.1.200.99) stills remains the same for both live and NOP.

As far as my knowledge goes, if only gtel has the right programmers its quite easy and there are several ways to limit access to internet within a subnet . I can think of a few ways to program such fool proof software. But it seems like gtel aint got any eminent programmers or else they dont seem to pay em enough.
Who cares, lets enjoy the free gprs
Anyone from south who is not able to use free gprs without any trick??? Coz it has been working fine for me and I got no complaints..
