What mode do you used? You are using original 2.7 or the modified one?
Only with pics I can't explain why are different
Original kop2.7 -> Sharp 08, xen ISO 400 (doc mode with higher contrast/exposure too, 02)
Modified kop2.7 -> Sharp 08, xen ISO 250
Ultimate 2.3 -> Sharp 06, xen ISO 320

milan91 we are just talking...I'm not angried!
Assuming it's not the ISO, the soft difference between 06 and 08 is doing hard work...but it seems like contrast/exposure is increased too.
Can you copy & paste the #NORM_MODE macro from your kop2.7 for me here?

it's possibly the flash shutter speed, or the slow_shutter viewfinder fps

Ok
Did you mean this??
// Normal (non-document) mode settings
NORM_MODE = #COM_EVENT(55,00) // Reset contrast
#COM_EVENT(56,06) // Reset sharpness
#COM_EVENT(06,00) // Reset exposure
#SET_REG(40,07) // AE_XENON_ISO = 400
#SET_REG(43,2A) // CC_R_FLASH = 0x2A (colour temperature of 6800 K for flash)
#SET_REG(44,70); // CC_B_FLASH = 0x70 (colour temperature of 6800 K for flash)

Flash shutter speed is possible but I think it isn't cause in DOC mode pics are good and sharp. Viewfinder fps can't be cuz in flash pics SET37 does the work. I see more contrast and sharpness IMO
