Eldar proves he has an Anzu prototype, has pictures of it, reasonable explanations of how he got the specs, and somehow it is clear that he is incorrect?

I'm prepared to be wrong, but when the announcement comes, I wouldn't be surprised if the specs were very similar to what Eldar has specified

This beign said, I think lollylost has the best and most accurate specs sheet.

Also, there is a picture stating that Anzu is Sony Ericsson Mogami, or is Mogami simply a hardware platform that other SE phones are built from?

Out of curiosty, how much internal memory is Anzu meant to have?

I figure it will have the typical lowly SE amounts, such as the 1GB of the X10, but it would be nice if they put in some sizable internal memory for once.

but why did fooled Eldar ? why did they gave him old prototype ?? Eldar is giving negative impression about the phone and it seems like everybody believe him ? what is the benefits of what is doing?

Well seriously I do not know how Eldar got that device and if SE gave him the phone why they gave it to him. What I do know is the device he has and the final device have very little in common
Well actually there could be a benefit and that would be to avoid the actual phone from getting leaked and competitors not stepping up their game on
This way competitors will underestimate and not do anything to gain a one up over thinking that the next flagship is well below their product

I have mixed feelings of all, I do not like phone unveiled, is too cheap feel. Poor specification of today's time, I believe that the final version will be better and more beautiful, if not better to prefer staying with good old white "baby" SEX10

yup i think now it make sense ..

maybe was planing to release the phone with ( Eldar's specs ) in Q4 to Compete SGS and DHD ..

but they decided to change the specs so it can be 2011 Flagship .. and thats why they delayed the announcement ..

Doesn't matter what he may be saying. The phone he has the very first prototype and that's the end of the story. No point arguing over it. Just wait till the official announcement and see for yourself.

Thats the thing, as long as nothing has been announced it does not mean it will be released. Correct me if I am wrong, but eldar also had the rumoured P5i and riped it to threads before it was cancelled...

Not sure about this one, but since different leaks are suggesting different specs maybe this really is an early proto.

Also think SE cannot be so Brainfu@#$% to announce a phone which cannot on any level compete with a samsung or LG.

Am thinking there will be nothing announced until MWC which would actually be good, because there we should see the real flagship for 2011.

I remember the day when X2 was rumored to be released with upgraded CPU than X1 but the proto (the photos that I leaked) and the final product is completely the same hardware wise.
I'm afraid this will be the case to X12 too.
