They justify by saying that now they sell more wireless than wired.
But removing the jack does not mean ppl will buy wireless from them.
Users will use what they like, no matter if is from Sony, Philips, Beats etc...
I'd like to have the EAR DUO, but I also want to choose when I use wired or wireless.
They also say the FPS on back is due to design, no mention of USA fps story.

You surely don't believe that they'd just bring out the USA issue? They won't, no company ever would, just accept their mistake.. They won't say that it was all because of a patent issue or broken contract and they couldn't pay money to solve the issue and instead chose to change the overall position.. Don't. Expect. That.Not.
