I checked the logg file created when performing the update and it seems that there is something wrong with a firmware file. The script reports that there is a problem while reading a package from one of the files.
I guess SE managed to screw things up AGAIN
Well, hope they fix it soon because even if my K750 works after the update error I know my phone isn't updated in a correct manner.

The thing is ....
I updated. and it stoped at 42% and gave a communication error..
the phone started up normally.
But I decided to try 1 more time, and the same thing happend, BUT this time when the phone turned on the graphics are all messed up "OK" and "menu" are at the TOP and nothing else is showing. basiclly my phone is f**ked. I tryed to recover, but it stoppes at 42% with communication error

Just wondering if anyone else has had this problem when flashing their K750i to a W800 with the R1N035 RED using Davinci
I flashed one K750i fine... everything worked. (bar the file transfer bug that's known) I then lost that phone! (very sad as I had pics of my son on in

)
So I got another K750i and flashed it just like I did the previous one... everything worked fine (even the file transfer!) but this time the Bluetooth wont activate... it just hangs the phone for about 2 mins... then the phone reboots! I've only managed to pair it once, and then in the services it said that it only had object push and not file transfer! Anyone know if reflashing it will fix it? Or am I... for want of a better word... screwed? Should I just wait for the new firmware to see if that cures it? (I've emailed Davinci but still haven't got a reply.)
Thanks in advance to anyone if they can shed some light on this...

After all possible problems SE managed to screw things up again! They got to have a bunch of monkeys doing their beta testing for them!

Ssshhh...man, that's a trade secret!!! Now every cell phone manufacturer is going to want to use monkeys for their phone testing.

Did you get a "communication error" or did the progress bar jump from about 50 percent to 100 percent?
I have updated two K750 now - both get communication error!
I got a communication error at 47%. Here's what my log file shows:

@Llamaman
That's the same logg that I got for three phones here right now! None successfully updated!
What's even more scary is that a poster reported having his firmware corrupted after trying to re-update after an unsuccessful update.
