and yes...my cable operators replaced Star movies with SET pix.i had planned to watch 'holy smoke' tonight.BTW,set pix are showing only 80s movies...now they are running a young harrison ford movie.set pix sucks

Any SE or even Blokia..
for 10 to 12000 INR (flexible upto 10% either side)
Should have BT/ IrDa etc, decent screen (size & reso), radio, netwrok features (like EDGE/3G), decent ccd cam or equivalnt AND EXPANDABLE MEMORY is must (should allow mp3 etc to be set as sms/ text tone)

K750- excellent cam, expandable memory....but no symbian/smartphone OS
6681/80: good cam...almost as good as K750...exp mem, EDGE, symbian OS, no radio...
3230: lousy cam...lousy keypad.. lousy everything else
If you dont mind spending a lil more...you might wanna check out the new blokia 6270...slider...non-symbian OS..2 MP cam...radio...etc

No Symbian or HiFi stuff needed.. coz it would mostly go to a friend (& if she is not keen) or to my Mom.. both of whom are currently 3310 users

in SE,the phone that matches are K600 and K608(dont know about the price but it may be n that range)...bt,irda,decent cam,3g,good screen size/resolution...missing part is mp3 for sms/text tone.
u may wait for K610 if u want sms and also thinner and has 2mpx non autofocus cam.and looks sexy too.
