My last post turned out to be wrong...
I throughly cleaned the cam lens and also the LED FLASH and all the surrounding area... I took some long distance shots with flash and this problem did not happen...
Vipera can you try and report back if this solves the problem???

Cleaned it a bit and it's a lot better now!
But gonna test it more later when i go out in the dark.

Man, I wish they would hurry with 4.4 update!! My friend's Note 2 got the 4.3 update last week. I remember Xperia Z got the 4.2.2 update earlier than Note 2.....
