the lock is not active while the phone is charging, neither via USB, car charge or regular charger.

This is kind of annoying actually...
I charge my phone mostly during the night... and I use it as an alarm-clock, so I have it on my night stand. Whit the charger plugged in the backlight never comes off. I think this happened after the last FW update...
My whole bedroom is lit up by the screen... I have to have it upside down...
On the other hand it's good that the screen doesn't come off when I charge it in my car and use Tomtom... But it should be a separate setting in Tomtom. (But I think that SE is to blame here.. they havn't given out the code for controling the backlight in UIQ3 if I'm right informed)

Hey guys, I'm using TomTom on my M600. It works fine but I can't hear the bloody thing when in the car! I've set the volume in TomTom to maximum but even if I turn of my radio I have to strain to hear the prompts.
Anybody else have this problem or have any workarounds?

I hear mine in the car stereo speakers.
My advice, install a car-kit.

I installed the "famous" voices, and I can hear these loud and clear. did you have chekck the volume settings on the phone, not the TOMTOM, but under the phone? Make sure the multimedia is maxxed out.

Hey, no Piracy here. TomTom does NOT supply any keygenerators on their DVD.

@skruttet: no quoting please.
@smair: did you do it right? you need to run the command promt first by entering cmd in start -> run. then run the map unlocker from there.
