I use both. But my newer music is going to AAC for quality reasons. I dont encode Audio at anything lower than 160Kbps unless its memory card space issue or if I got it this way. I know my computer will crash soon and I dont have DVD burner so on CD AAC is more efficient & keeps quality.
When I get my Mac Pro I'll have more experience extracting audio from a video source. Furthermore editing two audio types isnt the best idea.

thx. is there any i can install in the fone? i do like the built in "zip" app, i just in put any zipped file and the fone extract it on its own. very useful

@QVGA as far as i know you can't,only through WLAN (if you have N93)
