Hurt my hip in a silly wee kickaround last night with my mates, now i'm worried I won't be able to play in the big important game i've got tonight! It's agony. Still, there's always Deep Heat and being manly.

Had the flu for about ten days now, cant seem to shake it off, fat lot of good that jab did too, two days of having a sore arm with sod all benefit.
