Many thanks. I did indeed need to take a snapshot! I guess I'll need to keep Sman up and running all the time for the "Flipclose flush" to work, though.

No complaints for a while, guess SMan v1.4 is now stable...

just want to say what a great application but i have something that i find annoying to the truth some might just call me lazy but you know with the zip function, can you add an exit button tht takes you back to the tskman view where u were? its only a little thing i find annoying with it lol oh just thought of something else which i canna try as i have 1.3 on due to having to format my phone (where can i get 1.4? again) but can u disable the zip program in sman or get it to open up if you download a zip file like symbzip does?

thats it i think!

Yes, you can disable the ZIP manager. Don't know why you would want to do that, but you can. By design, integration of two modules are never perfect, you have highlighted one of them. We will not fix this as we do not see it as more that a cosmetic problem.

Yes, you do seem like the lazy sort...

Glad you like SMan...

@ajack now that you are calling 1.4 stable, when can we expect a full, non-beta version?

I am waiting for Droll to finish one last feature (no, was not in any of the betas) after which he promised if he added any other feature into SMan v1.4 all his hair will drop off his head.

He keeps adding features into SMan, at this rate you'll never see v1.4 final...

Expect final to ne available near the end of Apr or early May time frame. Yes, in 2005.

Nope, Droll is still working on the feature list and I am busy writing the manual now.

the last feature is done. finally.

sorry guys, i was being selfish as that was one feature i found missing from the phone and one which i can benefit from tremendously. it took a while as there were some missing APIs and compatibility issues. sorted all that now. (and i still get to keep hair on my head!!)

Sorry if this has allready been posted but one thing I find strange in Sman is when you're in taskmanager and the file EiksrvBackdrop...

What is this file for? On my P900 it is 552k and I find it quite big considering the free space that's not so big to start with. (of course if it's a very (for Sman) lifeimportant file I understand it )

But is there a way to make this file smaller?
What's the file's purpose?

I have installed Sman on my internal drive rather than on the memorystick - I believe someone said this should be the best - is it...?

I use Sman v1.3c by the way
