Ok, I know that's what they'll tell you but there is a catch. In the istimara for alrakam alkawmi there is a part where you choose your makar alintikhaby and you should fill it. Anyways you can always go and register at the police station.

We really need to get in the habit of voting. Here's a story I heard about the presedential elections. A certain lagnah --

Hi guys,
It's been a while, but it's always good to be back.
Good to see you talking positively about the elections. Maybe there's some hope after all among the younger guys out there. Among the older guys like me, well, it's a little bit to have voting among one's habits, even though I'm aware of the proverb: "better late than never"

One thing for sure is that its never too late to do something for the first time and its never late to do something right.

@ mustafabay
I already said I knew the saying, but as I also know, there's a big difference between knowing and acting accordingly
There's a grey area between those two verbs, and I'm trapped somewhere in the middle

@mahora, yes I know but I was saying the do is the important part.

@deido
Yeah great. These days I'm kind of depressed. I had a course and had to leave right after the match and Barakat scoring a goal in the end didn't make me any happier, I was happy for the goal, so I'll explain. I had two choices of commentators, Ashraf Mahmoud on Nile sport with what I call lo3'ah 3arabiyah saffee7ah and I can't stand him at all and their was Midhat Shalaby. I'm ok with him as long as there aren't any goals, when Ahly scores and he starts getting all silly with his words and starts calling the gaol scorer names and I start calling him names back that's what puts me off and the late goal made me leave the house happy but half pissed with Shalaby.

Hi folks,

Have you heard? Mobile phone lines have now outstripped their land line counterparts for the first time, in Egypt!

I just read this from a report on Mobile Africa.

The report also suggests that the gap between mobile and fixed lines would widen even more, over the years.

What do you think?

@Aalpha001
This happened Particularly in Q2&Q3 of 2005 due to the accelerated growth policies that both mobile operators in Egypt are carrying out nowadays.
It is estimated that Egypt still has a long way to go with mobiles till penetration rates in Egypt catch up with those of the MENA area. The Middle East revolves a penetration rate of 25-30 %. Egypt currently has a penetration rate of 15 %, but if the current growth rate continues (half a million new subs by every company each Q), Egypt will catch up with the rest of the region pretty soon.

Yeah I just saw that a while ago too. It seems LG sold more phones but more people bought SE, well actually LG shipped more and hence the difference in sails is what ads up to dust collectors on shelves
