help...my computer has gone slow.what should i do??sometimes,even the movements of the curson are jerky.its not compleatly filled up...30gb used and 25 gb free.
also,how do i edit the programmes which i want/dont want to run on startup and when connecting to internet??

Try to do a zero fil/ low format, instal OS on Main partition, instal drivers in correct order, instal minimal S/W (atleast uninstal unused stuff).. Do periodic defrag. D/load &use CC cleaner

Start- Run- MSCONFIG (startup tab, autoexe) also check 'Running Tasks' (Start-run- msiinfo or msinfo32)

For apps that get life of their own when online- check on their settings, preferences. They might give an option to manage.. like messengrz, anti virus package, those Desktop Wallpaper or scheduled activity that use Inet. Hidden ware like 'Optimizer' , 'Side Find' etc are best deleted (hides in C:\\Windows, C: , C:\\Windows\\Temp , C:\\Program Files ) . . . Not surfing Porn, Warez sites might help .. .. why'd you need those anyway, when you got Hass :P !

Thugs, looks like your system is infected with spyware.. Download and install Spybot search and destroy. Run a full scan in safe mode. Reboot in normal mode. Go to safety.live.com and run an online scan. And yup.. check for bad sectors
