check with SE direct regarding this.......if they have have such mechanism in place,have anyone here like expert MarkOng have been contacted by them to do survey or even contact him to give him free gifts?
the confidential listing is not meant to be known but it should be a open secret as if you are nvr contacted up till now, you know for sure you are unappreciated by the good ppl at SE ....sad sad.....

Of course there'll be non-respondents for surveys. But 10% hit rate for 1000 ppl is still better than 10% from 10 ppl. To me, receiving a survey request from SE would definitely give me a stronger impression of their customer care than to know that they're lurking around in the forum compiling an A-list :)
Just my 2cents worth...and a pain in the bĪtt to type out via WAP :D
