Can anyone tell me why there's a lot of noise in my pictures when I'm trying to take photo of the sky?

OK, take your time.. I've got a problem with my phone, anyway..
I dropped it today. It didn't get hit very hard, but now sometimes when the camera gets in focus, it makes an annoying buzzing sound (sometimes it makes the sound when using manual focus, too, and the phone seems to shake from whatever causes that sound).
Is there something I could do about it? I haven't opened it yet to look inside..
