I think
will continue releasing flip phones only on the Japanese market. Although I think having a low-mid end flip phone would be nice.

And not having a dedicated audio chip is not a concern to me anyways as SE phones have better audio quality than htc phones with audio chips (case in point desire/desire HD)
I'd love to see a
touchscreen Walkman. Maybe with a 3.5" screen, equalizers, stereo speakers, 5 MP camera and Android? Or why not even put a better camera and make it an EU phone?
(but with Walkman and Cyber-shot written on it's back)

Highly unlikely. First it's Xperia and secondly it has totally nothing to do with it. Vivaz was small and cheap, this one is big and expensive
