@vlamm. Your lucky you get coffee. All we get is water at 70p per 50ml bottle. Does anyone know a good quick remedy to quit smoking ?

I don't smoke ive never touched a ciggy in my life so dunno :-) yeah cds am great flicking thru emm now then must get ready to go out the bank first i forgot to activate my c.card and i cant draw anything out on it silly me :-D im going to jobcentre aswell want a fecking job aarrgghh :-(

Gotta do something. Smoking is killing me. Its hard cos my mum,dad,sister and friends all smoke. When i go fill my car i buy a pack its like a routine. I go out for a drink and feel i need one, well...more than one. More like a whole packet. Gotta think of something.

True. Right then. As of now i gonna stop completly. Will keep away from everyone and lock myself in my room when i'm not at work. Better stock up on 7up,pringles,san miguel,carona and coffee on the way home.

By doing all the above you're basically telling yourself you can't stop due to external influences.
