Is the Xperia Z = Mint = LT30 or the mystery device that people are talking about over at XDA?

You can scratch Olive from the list. Won't appear.

Cheers! Is there something you want to tell us about Olive or any infos about Atlas a.k.a. the last man standing ?
Edit: @Dacha. Yes, Xperia Z = Mint = LT30 and Xperia GX = Hayabusa = LT29.

Hayabusha really looks good. I love the symmetry of the device. It beats the hell out of the rumored iPhone 5 design.

Anyway, I really do not get Sony's strategy in making "Mint". It makes me wonder what else Mint does have to offer to make it more expensive that Hayabusha. I think many would prefer Hayabusha over Mint because of the design. The "Mint" is just one hell of an ugly duckling. They could have just put LTE in Hayabusha for the US and Canada, and just probabaly make the back cover made of metal. Voila, they have a competitive device in the North America.

That's what I'm constantly wondering. The two phones are so similar in everything but design but there seems to be a difference in price.

'Mint' isn't water, dust or shock proof is it?

I don't know if it's my monitor fooling me or the Hayabusa camera pictures looked way better than the ones taken by the 12MP xperias, especially on lowlight, such a clean shot with small hint of noise I see there. Pretty nice job for Sony bringing such a good achievement on a small sensor imho

It's using their new stacked 13mp CMOS sensor, so I would definately expect a noticable improvement over older style ones found in previous Xperias. I must say I'm very happy with the camera samples so far. I'm very interested to see how the HDR video function works in real life scenarios. Since the Xperia GX will be going on sale in Japan very soon, I suppose we won't have long to wait.

You know guys, It's kinda hard to compete with iPhone, not only that it has great design and screen, the audio output and photographic and video quality are top notch as well. Sony may have come back in the game with those sample images taken with Hayabusha, but still the music sound quality still needs improvement for their top-end phone. Please Sony, make Hayabusha and Mint the best device they could possibly be. And by next year if Sony carry on these improvements on making their phones, they would rise up again and be among the top dogs in mobile phones market!
