I did exactly the same to my k750i. Ended up with English-only R1A008, Camera 4.5. Everything seems to work except no Swedish menus (and of course I got a communication error during update)
R1AA008
Camera: 4.5
Everything works except only English menus. I still have swedish T9.

I upgraded my k750i using SEUS and got the same problem as all the others in here. Communication error at ~50%. Please restart your phone blabla..
The funny thing is that my phone now has the R1AA008 and its working without any problems at all.
gprs, MSduo, camera, bluetooth, Swedish menues.. Everything works.

I think it's time for us to take some action against SE, after months of ''developing'' new firmwire and yet still F***ing up phones all over the world it's time for a hard talk with SE.
And by that i don't mean sending mail or making call's to SE, but going public.
The last thing a multi million company wants is a negatief repports in the media, so that's the thing we going to do.
I've see hier people from all over the world so the global media attention is what we want.
So i suggest that everyone who's got a problem with his/her K750/W800 firmwire should contact any (local/international) media he/she can reach and point them to this forum.
I'm talking about internet site's,news papers,tv-stations,organisations that protect customer rights (here in Holland it's called 'Consumentenbond').. and so on.
If you made a contact to any media please report it in this thread..

I've just updated my k750 (unbranded bought in sweden) from R1N035 to R1AA008 using SEUS. I did NOT get any comm. error that so many of you have experienced. The update worked fine and the phone looks to be working. Tested camera, Gprs and data trasnfer over the USB. (I had the annoying R1N035 MSDuo bug)
And by the way, I removed the MS Duo prior to the update.
