Today weather was ugly, again
Ok, this driver is Genus 6.0 ( prize goes to milan91 )
- photos in cloudy weather conditions look like UCD 2.62 photos, but many times a little bit sharpest
- UCD photos in auto mode without good light are noisy.
- night photos using genus 6.0 are excellent (if we are talking about k800i of course )
- photos using auto mode with flash are bright and have very good colours
- document mode with flash is sharp like UCD and a little bit dark when we compare that photos with macro auto mode (good)
- photos in daylight are very good, not as colourfull as UCD but almost the same (last time somebody compared UCD k800i photos with N95 photos, and the decision was that N95 photos are not too colourfull but clearest (genus photos are clear and sharp),
- genus camdriver gives good results in all weather/light conditions
If UCD:
- will have good auto mode (I think good when photos using flash will be bright enough, will have good colours like genus one),
- will have night mode like genus camdriver (good colours, lack of noise)
then this driver can be the best:)
For now, UCD gives very good daylight photos, sometimes too blurry, very good document photos, and specials modes (party mode etc)

Bundy...

1) If you use Daylight flash special mode for nigh pics sure you'll get dark pics (1/6400s). Use RER ...

2) Yes in Auto mode without flash the pics are noisy when in low light, but there's the Indoor special mode...

3) If you want good colours in flash pics then use the VividColour, but you will get more noise.

4)
- Genus 1s night mode is (1s, ISO 200)
- Ultimate night mode is (1s, ISO 160)

Anyway in next version 2.7 I will decrease a little the colour and remove all WB settings, and other improvements...

Cheers

jomateixa I think your camdriver should be easier (I don't tell that I can't use special modes but many new users have this problem). UCD 2.7 should be easier, flash photos in auto must be bright, must have good colours:), and night mode should have good colours and sharp of course (not special modes like in 2.62 - this special modes I hink should be in auto mode, and dark flash photos (etc) in special modes
I don't know if I write clearly but I hope yes
