my thoughts exactly!!!!!! thats wat i was tryin to tell the tech support guy. do all tech support ppl blatantly ignore the customers inputs???? i got pissed at that guy.
ok now govi, how do i fix the static electricity problem? proper grounding? but how??

hmm both shows c++ runtime files error? do u have visual c++ or visual studio installed? did u change anything in there? how bout a system restore to the day u last used the dvd encoder without ne problems???
